Non-Tradish, was created by two sisters (Quianna & Kendra in the Fall of 2018). Having the lived experiences as non-traditional students, both Quianna & Kendra, set out to create a safe space that centered the needs of Black & Brown women non-traditional scholars. This space drastically changed as the needs of students began to pour in. It no longer was about a safe space, but a place for students to access much needed resources, that their campuses could not provide.
The mission these sisters sought to have is simple; Provide tangible solutions to Black & Brown women as they navigate their educational goals. As we continue to navigate our new normal, our mission remains steadfast. While we continue to grow an undergo some necessary changes: Black & Brown women's success in collegial education remains at the core of who we are and who we will continue to be.
